These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Vastram by Nishtha from Vadodara, Gujarat, India through our online shop, WhatsApp communications, and customer service.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Craftsmanship & Materials

• Handcrafted Variation: All deity poshaks, patkas, pagdis, and lehengas are individually crafted by traditional artisans using pure silks, handloom brocades, fine gold- and silver-tone zari wires, and soft cotton malmal linings. Because each piece is hand-stitched, subtle variations in thread texture, motif placement, and border alignment are natural characteristics of authentic handwork.
• Fabric Standards: We select pure silks and cotton linings suited for deity worship to ensure comfort and neat drape on your home or temple altar.
• Sizing Range: We craft attire tailored from Size 00 to Size 22, as well as custom dimensions upon request.

3. Custom Orders & Alterations

For custom orders, please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate. Once custom fabric drafting begins, alterations are handled under our Return & Alteration Policy.

4. Pricing, Shipping & Timelines

• Currency & Taxes: All standard prices are quoted in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary domestic express shipping is provided for orders exceeding ₹2,999.
• Timelines: Catalog items require approximately 5–7 working days tailoring window before dispatch; fully bespoke custom orders require 7–10 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary patterns, poshak designs, embroidery blueprints, photography, videos, and brand identity elements are the property of Vastram by Nishtha.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
